“Les Copains” in production

The production of Empire Pictures’ series for children “Les Copains” ("Kompisarna" / "Kaverit" / "Xarite Yii") is moving forward with full speed. The series, which mixes animation and live action footage from Finland and Senegal, is created and directed by Antonia Ringbom and El Hadji Bamba Sène. “Les Copains” has been supported by Amos Andersons Fond in collaboration with Svenska Kulturfonden, The Church Media Fund KMS, The Finnish Film Foundation, Brita Maria Renlunds Minne, Arts Promotion Centre Finland TAIKE and La Direction de la Cinématographie Sénégal.
